August Is The Next Wine Club Commitment Month 

Wine purchased between 7/29/20 and 9/6/20  will be applied to your August 2020 commitment.

As a wine club member, you have the freedom to choose your own wine club wine by visiting our tasting room between July 29 and September 6.  Wine that is not picked up by the commitment deadline of 9/6/20 will be selected by the winemaker, billed to your card on file, and held at the tasting room for you to pick up within 30 days.  Please feel free to email your wine club order to bethvine@gmail.com no later than 9/7/20.   Once we have processed your order, you are welcome to pick it up in the tasting room during regular business hours.  Please allow 48 hours for processing.

Upcoming Wine Club Commitment Month Fulfillment Periods:

August  2020:   7/29/20 through 9/6/20

November  2020:   10/30/20 through 12/6/20


Policy change for wine club orders that are “On Hold For Pickup” effective 1/1/20:  All wine club orders that are paid for and on hold for pick up that are not picked up within 30 days of the order date will be charged a $12 per month storage fee.  Please note: If you have multiple orders on hold for pick up, the $12 storage fee will be charged to each order.  Due to COVID-19, the wine storage fee has been waived for March, April, & May. Wine storage fees will resume for the month of June.  All orders that are being held for pickup must be picked up no later than July 10th, 2020 to avoid the $12 fee. 

Membership Cancellation Policy:  There are no fees to join our wine club, and you are welcome to cancel anytime after you have fulfilled at least (2) wine club commitments – not including your enrolling purchase. In the event of early termination, your account will be charged back all of the benefits you received as a member, such as; discounts and tasting fees.  All cancellation notices are required either in person or in writing by the primary member at least 15 days prior to the end of the current commitment month.  Cancellation requests received over the phone or in a voice mail will not be accepted.
