Member Updates
Wine Club Wednesdays
Due to our limited fall/winter hours, we open our tasting room exclusively to Cellar Club members every Wednesday during the months of November and February. Cellar Club members are able to stop by for wine tasting or to simply fulfill their wine club commitment.

Wine Club
Fulfillment Periods
Commitment Months: February, May, August, & November
As a Bethany Vineyard Cellar Club member, you get to choose your own wine every quarter, and we typically give you a six week period to select and purchase your club wine.
Please refer to our calendar for pick up deadline dates.
You can also email your wine club order directly to us! Once processed you are able to pick up during regular business hours. Please reach out to us if you need any special arrangements or have questions about memership.
Membership Cancellation Policy: There are no fees to join our wine club, and you are welcome to cancel anytime after you have fulfilled at least (2) wine club commitments – not including your enrolling purchase. In the event of an early termination, your account will be charged back all discounts and tasting fees you received as a member. All cancellation notices are required either in person or in writing by the primary member at least 15 days prior to the end of the current commitment month. Cancellation requests received over the phone or in a voice mail will not be accepted.
